Nanda Home

Nanda Home designs charming and useful objects for the home, beginning with a robotic alarm clock.

Nanda Home is owned by Guari Nanda, a former student at the MIT Media Lab, whose own experiences with industrial design drew her to solve a snoozing problem with the invention of Clocky. Clocky moves on its own power whenever the snooze button is pressed. A microprocessor ensures that the device will move at a random speed direction, and around obstacles, using a different route each time. Tocky and Ticky are Nanda Home’s second and third generation alarm clock.
