Presented by Indiana technology association TechPoint, this MIRA award honors the business, organization or individual that contributed most to the state’s technology-related economy through an innovative product or service. Since 2000, TechPoint has honored Indiana businesses, schools and universities and individuals for their contributions to the state’s technology-related economy. The prestigious Mira Awards program recognizes leaders and innovators in 11 different business categories.

“Precise Path is excited and honored to receive this MIRA Award for Innovation of the Year,” said Doug Traster, Precise Path’s President and Chief Technology Officer. “Our robotic technology is changing the fundamental ways golf courses are maintained, and we look forward to introducing many more product innovations to the outdoor power equipment industry in the years to come.”

Precise Path’s RG3 is the first fully automated robotic golf course conditioning and maintenance mower. By using a proprietary positioning technology that trumps GPS, the RG3 moves precisely and safely across the green – traveling in straight lines and along the perimeter without the need for a human operator.
